When will my order ship?
All orders must be processed first which takes 2- 3 days. Once an order has been processed it will take 4-5 business days to ship.
How do I check the status of my order?
All orders will receive the tracking number. The tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Monet’s Hair Palace uses USPS as the carrier.
If I order online, can I pick it up in the store?
Monet’s Hair Palace does offer in store pick up. Please reach out to 678-788-0136 to ensure your order is available to be picked up. If not, it will have to be shipped to you.
If I’m ordering hair for my appointment can I receive my order at the time of my appointment ?
Yes you can. Please add a note specifying so in your order notes
What is your return/ exchange policy?
Monet’s Hair Palace does not offer returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
How do I take care of my bundles?
It is highly recommended you wash and condition the hair with non-sulfate shampoo and conditioner before using. When you are washing, use lukewarm water to retain the moisture. Deep condition your hair once or twice a month.
